For first-time user instructions, please call 1 (740) 382-8231. You will need a four-digit PIN to gain access to your account. The Fahey Account Access automated operator will lead you through the process of selecting your PIN.

Using the MAIN MENU
PRESS 1 - To access your account
You will be asked to enter your account number followed by the # key.
Then your pin followed by the # key.
You will hear your current balance and an available balance.
You will now be able to access the Account Access Menu.
PRESS 2 - To hear current office hours

PRESS 4 - To report a card lost or stolen
Your call will be transferred to report your card lost or stolen.
PRESS 5 - To leave a message for CSR
Record your message at the sound of the tone, when finished press any key.
