  • PRESS 1 - To access your account

    You will be asked to enter your account number followed by the # key.


    Then your pin followed by the # key.


    You will hear your current balance and an available balance.


    You will now be able to access the Account Access Menu.

  • PRESS 2 - To hear current office hours

    A complete list of all branch locations and hours are located faheybank.bank or by calling 1 (740) 382-8231 during normal business hours Monday thru Friday.

  • PRESS 4 - To report a card lost or stolen

    Your call will be transferred to report your card lost or stolen.

  • PRESS 5 - To leave a message for CSR

    Record your message at the sound of the tone, when finished press any key.

  • PRESS 0 - To transfer your call to a CSR

    Your call will be transferred, please wait.

  • PRESS * - To hang up and exit the system

    Your call will end. Thank You.

By PRESSING 1 in the MAIN MENU, you will be asked to enter your account number followed by the # key.


Then you will be asked to enter your PIN followed by the # key.


You will hear your current balance and an available balance.


You will now now be able to access the ACCOUNT ACCESS MENU.

    PRESS 5 - To hear interest information for this account

    Which checking account do you wish to request a stop payment from to enter the full account number press the # key otherwise to select account number press 1, to select account number press 2, or to return to the previous menu press the * key.


    PRESS 0 - To transfer your call to a representative
